How to delete a relationship that has been already created for an Asset/CI? - admin - 11-16-2021

Any link or relationship established between two objects (CI or Asset with tickets or Incident with Service Request etc.) can be deleted by clicking on 'Relate' button on respective object screen.

Once done, a screen to relate or link other object pops up. There is also another tab called 'Manage existing links'. By clicking on it, all the existing related objects are displayed. One can select the linked/related recordsĀ for which the relationships need to be removed. Click on 'Delete Relations' to delete the related/linked objects.
