We use another tool to manage our CMDB. Can we migrate it to tussom? - admin - 11-16-2021
Yes. SuperAdmin can follow the same steps to import the data into tussom CMDB. The template can be exported, CMDB (CI records) from other tool can be updated by following instructions mentioned in the template appropriately. Once done, the updated sheet can be updated to import CI records. Once done, the successfully imported CIs will appear in tussom.
Further, reconciliation rules can be run to have the CI records moved into Golden CMDB.
